Personal Training

 

In Personal Training Sessions, you are able to work with a Certified Personal Trainer to achieve your goals. Most people have multiple goals when working out, the most common being fat loss and muscle gain.  It’s often hard to find the right balance between these two, and a personal trainer can help you find the right exercises to achieve all of your goals.

Small Group Training

 

Benefits of Small Group Training, aside from being budget friendly, include accountability, camaraderie, and the new friendships formed! In small groups at our studio, your group is still small enough for your trainer to monitor form, discuss individual goals, and therefore you still gain the benefits of having a Personal Trainer.

Bootcamp

 

Bootcamp is a combination of callisthenic and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training. Our Bootcamp classes are designed in a way that pushes our clients harder than they'd push themselves. The bootcamp is done outdoors, in our courtyard. Just bring a mat and a water bottle, we’ve got everything else! Join us on Daniel Island 6 mornings and 2 evenings per week!

Students Bootcamp

 

Students Bootcamp is for students grades 5th-12th, at all levels of fitness. Wether your child is an athlete or has never worked out a day in their life, we want to teach them healthy habits and make fitness fun! This becomes a set part of their weekly schedule and helps to provide consistency through fitness.
